Four-time World Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist, Emily Regan, will join West Side Rowing Club to host two sepcialized erg clinics-one for Masters rowers and one for Junior rowers on Saturday, January 3rd, 2026. Drawing on her experience transitioning between the Olympic training environment and collegiate rowing, Emily will focus on key performance factors, recruiting insights, and mental skills that help athletes stay consistent during challenging workouts.

Immediately following the Junior Session, WSRC will host a light luncheon for Emily and all registered guests, where she will stay for additional Q&A and conversation. We are excited to welcome Buffalo native, Emily Regan, back to West Side for an inspiring and educational day for our rowing community!
