West Side Rowing Club Juniors (Varsity and Novice)
Winter Training at the West Side Rowing Club is an essential component of the year-round rowing program. Practices will focus on improving rowing technique and efficiency, as well as developing and building all areas of mental and physical fitness. Practices are held each week day and Saturday mornings. Two practice times are available- 3:30-5:00 PM, or 5:00-6:30 PM.
Nichols School Winter Erg
The Nichols School will use WSRC for winter training. Includes use of ergs, tanks, spin bikes, and other training equipment on the West Side Rowing Club Campus.

Nardin Winter Erg
Nardin will practice at WSRC Saturdays from 12:00-2:00 PM
Mount Saint Mary Winter Erg
Adult Winter Training
Adult Rec is for adults who are looking for the opportunity to row in a casual environment with a focus on the FUNdamentals of rowing. At least one session of Adult Learn-to-Row or previous rowing experience is required for participation.
Masters is a competitive program for both men and women who are interested in training and competing in events in the fall, spring, and summer. Previous rowing experience is required for this program. Rec and Masters will be combined for Winter Training, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 pm-8:00 pm, and Sundays 8:00 am-10:00 am.
Adult Winter Modified
Adult Modified participants will learn proper erg technique, safety procedures, and have use of the indoor rowing tanks. The program is open to anyone over 18 years of age with little to no rowing experience. The Winter Modified Learn-to-Row will be held on Saturdays, February 25, March 4, March 11, May 18, from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm.
