Winter Programs

West Side Rowing Club Juniors (Varsity and Novice)

Winter Training at the West Side Rowing Club is an essential component of the year-round rowing program. Practices will focus on improving rowing technique and efficiency, as well as developing and building all areas of mental and physical fitness. Practices are held each week day. Two practice times are available for Varsity- 3:30pm-5:00pm, or 5:00pm-6:30pm.

Varsity Cost: $550

Novice Cost: $475

West Side Rowing Club Middle School

The Club’s Middle School program will be practicing at the WSRC for winter training. This includes use of the ergs, tanks, spin bikes, and other training equipment. Practices for both sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm-5:00pm.

Session 1: November 6th - December 20th

Session 2: January 8th - February 21st

Cost: $240 per Session

 

Nichols School Winter Training

The Nichols School will use WSRC for winter training. Includes use of ergs, tanks, spin bikes, and other training equipment on the West Side Rowing Club Campus.

City Honors Winter Training

City Honors will use WSRC for winter training. Includes use of ergs, tanks, spin bikes, and other training equipment on the West Side Rowing Club Campus.

St. Joe’s Freshmen & Novice Winter Training

SJCI will use WSRC for winter training. Includes use of ergs, tanks, spin bikes, and other training equipment on the West Side Rowing Club Campus. Weekdays from 6:15am-7:15am.

Mount Saint Mary Winter Training 

MSMA will use WSRC for winter training. Includes use of ergs, tanks, spin bikes, and other training equipment on the West Side Rowing Club Campus.

Adult Winter Training

Adult Winter Training is for Recreational Rowers and Masters. It includes use of the ergs, tanks, and other fitness equipment on the West Side Campus. Practice will begin on Monday, November 26th, 2018. These practices will focus heavily on building fitness, and will be spent primarily on the ergometers.

Times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00am-7:30am.

Cost: $360
